Voices can be cloned, numbers faked, accounts stolen. Vando links your phone to the phones of the people you trust, so checking, sharing and helping each other rest on something a scammer can’t copy.

Hearing their voice isn’t proof any more

A few seconds of someone’s voice is enough to clone it. Their photo, their writing style, even their number can be faked. The one thing a scammer can’t fake is your mum’s actual phone, the one you paired with, answering for her.

Vando doesn’t guess from a voice or give you a “97% sure” score. It shows you the evidence: her phone said yes, her phone said no, or the answer came from a phone added this week, which isn’t proof.

You don’t need to understand any of this to receive it. Open their link on your phone, see who sent what, do one quick check with your fingerprint or face, and it’s yours. The rest can wait until you’re curious.
